Wyman’s Teen Outreach Program® (TOP®) empowers teens from seventh through twelfth grade with the tools and opportunities needed to build a foundation of healthy behaviors, life skills and a sense of purpose, and avoid risky behaviors that can derail success.

Caring and highly trained adult facilitators guide students through a unique combination of engaging curriculum and experiential community service that helps teens build strengths and hone social emotional skills proven to bolster success later in life. These skills include emotion management, empathy, teamwork, responsibility, initiative and problem solving.

The Coalition has a strong partnership with Lee County Schools and this partnership allows for the TOP® program to be implemented during the school day.

Session topics covered in group include; self-esteem, good decision making and taking responsibility for the well-being of their communities. Students also take educational field trips and complete at least 20 hours of community service learning.

The TOP® program can be found at the following schools:
  • West Lee Middle School
  • East Lee Middle School  (AVID Program)
  • Lee County High School  (AVID Program)
